Energy Balancing Session
Energy Balancing Sessions are an opportunity for profound awakening.
You are invited to journey into your being to uncover, explore
and resolve energy blockages in your Soul, Mind and Body.
Intention - All sessions begin
with a conversation to bring us to the intention for the session.
Here you will create a new way of being where the perceived
disharmony or condition no longer exists.
We then move on to experience one or both of the following:
Inner Dialoguing - This is a
guided meditation into the matrix of your soul. In this process
you learn to access your own innate healing abilities. You have
the opportunity to journey with your higher self to discover
causes of imbalance and make the necessary adjustments. This
can be greatly rewarding as you claim the responsibility for
your life and the transformation from disease to ease.
Laying on of Hands / Chakra balancing
and Energy Work - If there is a need and time permits
we will move on to some “hands on therapy.” During
this segment you rest fully clothed on my massage table. Next
I open as a channel for the highest and most appropriate divine
light for you in the moment. We begin at your feet and work
our way your body up via the chakra system. Often I become aware
of the blockages that prevent you from living in your intention
and might discuss this with you. Crystals, musical instruments,
Aromatherapy and the Bio-Mat might be incorporated into this
session. Your energy field is balanced and aligned to restore
a deeper sense of harmony.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be a powerful way to release addictive
habits and create lasting life changes on many levels. Unfortunately
this form of therapy is often misunderstood and overlooked.
The hypnotized person is always aware of whatever is happening
around them and is in full control of them selves. It may surprise
you to know that Hypnotherapy has been traced to both ancient
Egypt and Greece. Gabriella is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Here are some of the beneficial applications of Clinical
Hypnotherapy:

The first session generally averages an hour
and a half. You are asked to fill out a personal information
form and sign a therapy agreement. Gabriella will ask you several
questions to get clear on your intention for the session and
better understand your situation. She will break down for you
what will happen in the session and expel any misunderstandings
you may have about hypnosis. You will have an opportunity to
ask any questions you might have as well.
In the next phase of the session the hypnosis
will begin by getting you deeply relaxed. Next Gabriella will
work with your subconscious mind as you allow for positive suggestions
to take root to transform your ailment. You will be brought
back to “normal” consciousness and have a post talk,
and then the session is complete. One follow up session is suggested.
You will know if you need any further sessions.
Rate: $150 for the first 1.5 hour session.

Past Life Regression
Therapy
Past life events can affect many aspects of our behavior
and in many cases, past deeply emotional and physical traumas
can cause psychological or physical challenges. A Past Life
Regression Therapy Session can bring answers and resolution
to many aspects of one’s life. In these sessions we do
not dwell on the past, rather we access the stored memories
of the past to create the change desired in the present. Gabriella
uses hypnosis to guide the client to the view the past without
the need to re experience traumatic emotional and physical pain.
The universal virtues of compassion and forgiveness are accessed
to resolve karmic imprints.
Rate: $150 per session. Sessions range from 1-
2 hours. Typically one session is needed per issue and may be
followed up with an Energy Balancing or Hypnotherapy Session
if necessary.

Bodywork Sessions
Gabriella combines Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian style massage), with
point work to create a deeply relaxing and restoring session.
Lomi Lomi is also known as “the loving hands massage”
and some say it feels like being caressed by waves or the wings
of a bird. Lomi Lomi works gently yet deeply into the muscles
with wonderful continuous, flowing strokes. Although the technique
is an important part of the session, Gabriella uses loving hands
and a loving heart. She might also use her forearms and elbows,
as well as Aromatherapy, musical instruments and crystals.
Rate 1 hr. =$85, 1.5 hr.=$120, 2hrs.=$160
1-2.5 hour sessions available. Gabriella uses organic oils and
100% cotton sheets.
